Manulife Vitality is a journey to better health. You begin your journey at Bronze Vitality Status and can work your way up to Platinum to earn rewards and premium savings.

  • Your Vitality Age
    The wellness program begins with you taking the free 15-minute Vitality Health Review to discover your Vitality Age. It’s a health risk score based on your day-to-day lifestyle and health habits, and presents your health risks as years lost or gained compared to your actual age.

    You can now schedule your Vitality Check using your Exam One reward or order your wearable device.

    Choose a free Garmin vívofit 4 or take advantage of exclusive member upgrade prices on Apple Watch! These wearable devices make it easier to capture activity data from your activities, such as walking, running, biking, swimming and workouts or verified fitness club visits.

  • Goal Setting and Support
    Vitality recommends healthy lifestyle goals to lower your risks and offers support to get you to your Vitality Active Reward goals. You earn Vitality Points with regular updates on how you are doing, encouragement, and tools on the member website, the Vitality mobile app, and by email. Need quick motivation? You can also call Manulife Vitality Support Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

    Here are just a few of the activities that earn Vitality Points towards your Vitality Status:

    • Completing your Vitality Health Review once your health insurance is in place
    • Submitting your results with ExamOne (your information is kept fully confidential and secure)
    • Completing the Mental Well-being Review
    • Sync your Garmin or Apple Watch, your own wellness device or app and do physical activity
    • Submit a verified non-smoker declaration in the first program year.
  • Achieve a Vitality Status™
    You begin at Bronze level and work towards Silver, Gold or Platinum status depending on the number of Vitality Points you earn each year. Your status determines the value of rewards available to you and how much you will pay for your insurance next year — saving up to 10% on your annual premium.
